Safari Bookmarks not Syncing to iPad through iCloud

The iCloud doesn't sync my bookmarks from Safari on my Mac to my iPad running iOS 5.0, but other iCloud services work fine, such as Contacts and Calendar. Now I can't get safari bookmarks and reading list on my iPad.

How to fix Safari Bookmarks not sync with iCloud
* On your Mac, go to System Preferences > iCloud, and uncheck Bookmarks in the box.
* On your iPad, tap Setting > iCloud, and disable Boomarks sync, then choose to delete the bookmarks.
* Go to turn Bookmarks on again on your Mac and wait for minutes. Then re-enable Bookmark sync on the iPad.

  1. Yes it could fix it. But! Is this the way as it suppose to work? I don't think so!
Lots of people have a same problem. Why didn't apple already fix it?
