Adobe Photoshop Touch for iPad is not on par with the full version of desktop Photoshop software, but it transforms images with core Photoshop features and looks powerful. The app features layers, selection tools, adjustments, filters and select part of an image to extrac. It supports using AirPrint for WiFi printing and allows you to upload projects to Adobe Creative Cloud.
The maximum image resolution of Adobe Photoshop Touch is only 1600 x 1600 pixels. It is too small and I can't import larger images over about 2.5 megapixel. It is also lack of Dropbox support and doesn't support iCloud.
