I have created a keynote presentation for work and embedded a video in one of the slides. The file works fine on my Mac, but the video plays with no audio in Keynote on the iPad 2.
If you have the same issue, tap Settings > General, scroll down to "Use Side Switch To:" and check Mute. Then move the side switch to the right. The audio will work fine in Keynote app when you show the presenations. Solved the problem.

So far, this no longer seems to solve the problem in OS5.
