Adobe Eazel for Photoshop for iPad

Adobe Eazel for Photoshop is developed using the Photoshop Touch Software Development Kit (SDK), letting digital artists create realistic paintings with their fingertips. Then you can send your paintings directly to Photoshop CS5 for compositing.

This app seems more like a "Proof of Concept Demo" than an actual app I can use, and not a very good one. Only one level of undo/redo, no layers, no eyedropper tool. It is running slowly when I am drawing.
