Yesterday when my battery of iPad is empty, I charged the battery with only 5%. Even when plug it into a mac to access itunes, none were connecting, charging or recognizing. I had tried all 3 USB ports and do not have another computer to try.
To fix this issue, restarting both the devices and the computer corrects it.
I had to completely uninstall iTunes and all the crap that goes along with it . It installs all sorts of USB/sync stuff.
Now everything is working perfectly!
