For iPad owners, you can sync your iPad Safari Bookmarks with your Mac/PC.
Sync Safari Bookmarks to your iPad through iTunes
* Connect your iPad to your Mac or PC.
* Start iTunes.
* In iTunes, Click the iPad devices in the side bar.
* Select the Info tab.
* In the Others section of the iTunes page, check the box “Sync Safari Bookmarks.
* Click Apply button to start syyncing bookmarks between Safari on your iPad and the Safari on your Mac.
Sync Safari Bookmarks to your iPad through MobileMe
* First you should be a MobileMe subscriber.
* Tap Settings on your iPad's Home Screen.
* Tap “Mail, Contacts, Calendars” and select your MobileMe account.
* Select Bookmarks.

So far so good. But:
* In the Others section of the iTunes page, check the box “Sync Safari Bookmarks.
There is no "others" section on the info tab page (iTunes 9.1.1)

Bookmarks is ON in the MobileMe settings but my ipad bookmarks are not syncing with Mac bookmarks. Syncing of Calendars, Contacts, etc. is working. It's just the bookmarks that aren't syncing.
ReplyDeleteHi Terry, have you tried to restart the device that are not synching? Just had a similar issue with my iPhone and a complete restart solved it.
ReplyDeleteWhen I tried logging into my MobileMe it said the email was already taken by my iCloud account.....help! :)
ReplyDeleteThe newest versions of itunes don't have "sync Safari bookmarks"... you might want to update this post.
